The Human Resources (HR) administrator is the first point of contact within a company for all HR-related inquiries. Specific tasks include handling employment contracts, recruiting, and setting interviews for open positions in the company.

Major Responsibilities

  • Answers employee questions about human resources policies and procedures, and refers to specialist as needed.
  • Coordinates new hire orientation, HR events, benefits open enrollment and company-wide meetings.
  • Administers and maintains HR activities and programs; such as staffing, compensation, benefits, training and safety.

  • Education - High School Diploma - Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or similar

A lead is given delegated authority by their supervisor and can act on behalf of the manager. Regular communication it is a must with supervisor. This can be done by email, voice mail and regular meetings. A lead should not make decisions regarding: displine, salary, promotions or have hiring/firing authority.

A must self-motivated skill for this position to perform the work with minimum assistance.

Major Responsibilities

  • Take measurements and install tubing/tubing tray and all necessary supports in a very clean manner. This means level, square and bending within basic Swagelok specifications.
  • Knowledge of Swagelok fittings or similar is required.
  • Read and interpret Blue Print drawings, route and design tray/tubing.
  • Install, test and instrument troubleshoot.

  • Education - High School Diploma
  • Experience - 3 Year Field Experience
  • Skills - Excellent math skills, Measuring, Level, Blue Print
